The Neon Stars. 4 piece band from Dublin, formed in 2004. Formed by 4 friends from school, The Neon Stars originally started out as Emerald, playing cover gigs and the like around the Tallaght area.. Just wanting to have a laugh at the time. It was in 2005 when the boys started to get serious. They packed in the gigging and started writing, and reahearsing their own material.. With a fresh, energetic sound and some catchy tunes the lads started gigging in summer 2006 to a great reception.. Having just played a couple of gigs so far things are looking up, with good reviews coming their way and their live set getting tighter, the highlight of which being a gig organised by GigSmart in Temple Bar Music Centre.. Look out for the new sound soon... |
